Please read these terms carefully before using this website or ordering Laravel development, SEO, backlinks, ads, or marketing services.
1. Use of Services
Services are provided based on the agreed project scope, package, proposal, or communication. I aim to deliver professional work using best practices, but the final result may depend on project requirements, client cooperation, platform rules, market competition, and third-party systems.
2. Web Development Services
Laravel development, eCommerce development, SaaS platforms, admin panels, dashboards, APIs, and website projects will be completed according to the agreed features and timeline. Any extra feature, design change, or new requirement outside the original scope may require additional time and cost.
3. SEO Services
SEO services may include technical SEO, on-page SEO, content structure, Search Console setup, sitemap, indexing support, off-page SEO, backlinks, and authority-building activities. SEO results depend on competition, website quality, content, backlinks, search engine algorithms, and time. Specific rankings, traffic, leads, or sales are not guaranteed.
4. Backlink and Off-page SEO
Backlink services may include directory links, profile links, guest posts, brand mentions, or other link-building methods based on the agreed package. Third-party websites may change, remove, or update links at any time, which may be outside my direct control.
5. Ads and Marketing Services
Facebook Ads, Google Ads, social media campaigns, and other paid marketing services are managed based on available budget, targeting, creatives, landing page quality, competition, and platform rules. Ad spend is separate from service fees unless otherwise agreed. Specific sales, leads, approvals, or ROAS are not guaranteed.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, content, images, brand materials, hosting access, website admin access, analytics access, ad account access, payment access, or other required assets on time. Delays in providing required access or information may delay project delivery.
7. Content and Ownership
Clients are responsible for ensuring that provided images, text, logos, videos, business information, and other materials are legally allowed to be used. After full payment, the final approved project files or agreed deliverables belong to the client unless otherwise agreed.
8. Payment and Billing
Payments for packages, retainers, and project work are due according to the agreed invoice, package, or agreement. Work may start after receiving the initial payment unless otherwise agreed. Pending payments may delay delivery, support, or handover.
9. Revisions and Changes
Revisions are provided according to the agreed project scope. Major redesigns, new features, additional pages, extra integrations, or changes outside the original agreement may be treated as additional work.
10. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Some services may depend on third-party tools such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, Google, Meta/Facebook, email services, plugins, APIs, or analytics platforms. I am not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
11. Refund Policy
Refunds depend on the type of service, work progress, and agreement. Once work has started, research has been completed, resources have been used, or third-party costs have been paid, refunds may not be available for that completed portion.
12. Limitation of Liability
I will not be responsible for indirect losses, business losses, lost profits, platform bans, search engine updates, ad account restrictions, third-party failures, hosting issues, or results affected by factors outside my control.
